Rather that recreate these iconic characters, how about create NEW black and female characters and leave the legacy in place. Silver Surfer is Norrin Radd. Norris Radd is Silver Surfer. Though I won't be treking to go see this version of Superman (been there, done that. Loved Christopher Reeves era but this is 2025 and that era is boring now), I will be glad when this finally hit theaters and is done with so your writers can move on. Every week you're talking about this movie like its the next best thing since sliced bread. Is there nothing else in development??!!

Can't act?? That is patently false. The guy acts very well. He isn't a DiCaprio or Denzel or some other heavy weight but for the genre he is generally casted in (action and comedy), the dude is talented. What is your measuring stick?

Is it just me or are these Superman stories of late all trying very, very hard to sway public opinion in favor of this new version? There are key phrases like "Honestly, it make more sense now..." that are completely unnecessary to the story being written.

Sorry, this is like politics or football. You are either on team Snyder or team other guy. If they had finished Snyder's vision and given the people the fight they wanted to see (Supes vs Darkseid) then pivoted, we wouldn't need this debate. So, you'll likely never sway team Snyder, making this a pointless article.
