When you have a patient who has battled morbid obesity in every way from mentally, physically, financially, psychologically, religiously. Etc.... to then come to a point they might have to live with that much loose skin? I think many would be plunged into another downward spiral. They overcame so much but it will never be over. Or at least can't reach the finish line. That is dangerous. Even if they took parts off one at a time, that has to be better than telling them " oh no, that might be too dangerous or it cost too much money!
