Exactly! Itachi literally has the ability to one shot everyone in the Naruto-verse with the Totsuka Blade and I believe he is just as tactically intelligent as Madara. Sure he doesn't have a lot of chakra reserves but that never stopped him from ending a fight before he runs out of chakra.

Please fire the author of this article bc clearly he doesn't know Dragon Ball. There's a lot I can let slide but Vegito not being in the top two of a list of strongest dragon ball characters isn't even funny. He clearly owns everyone on this list save Gogeta who is either equal or in my opinion slightly weaker.
