See AllThe HBO Sci-Fi Masterpiece That Went Downhill After Season 1 Deserved A Much Better Fate
I only watched season 1. Season 2 already became so boring I stopped midway through too much filler that went nowhere
Sorry Inception And Interstellar, But Christopher Nolan’s First Sci-Fi Movie Had Even Better Plot Twists
One of my favourite dialogues in the movie is the scene with Borden and his wife and she says how when they kiss some days she feels like he doesn't love her
Such a devastating scene when you rewatch the film
I also often wonder did Borden take his act too far as in to not even tell the mother of his daughter about his twin. I also wonder how Borden's twin managed to spend time with his wife without sleeping with her or did they even take it that far?
You can tell how mingled their lives had gotten as by the end of the film Borden doesn't even know if it was him who accidentally caused Angiers wife to drown or if it was his twin brother
And all along you have Michael Caine's character telling Angier that it has to be a body double but even he didn't consider the possibility it could be twins but he quickly puts it together by the end
I Like Assassin's Creed Shadows Better Than Ghost Of Tsushima In Almost Every Way, Except For One Feature
Honestly if Shadows didn't have the stereotypical Ubisoft microtransaction nonsense it would have been a pre-order for me
I'm just fedup of how greedy Ubisoft has gotten and the microtransactions ruin the game especially since the game is designed in a way to intentionally make microtransactions more attractive but thereby ruining the experience for people who just want a quality singleplayer game not marred by time savers and immersion and balance breaking gear
I've not played Shadows but one thing that ruins modern day AsC games for me and was the case with Valhalla more than any other AsC game to date is just how bloated the open world has gotten
This is what I loved most about the open world of Ghost of Tsushima it just wasn't bloated with a bunch of generic but in the end meaningless and repetitive content. Each side story was hand crafted and there were even a bunch of mini side stories as well for those who 100% completed the game
I'm something of a completionist myself
So most games I try to 100% which I still did even in Odyssey but Valhalla I've tried twice now to even force myself to just finish the main story but furthest I've gotten is 10 hours in before just becoming deathly bored
While in Ghost of Tsushima it was the complete opposite, I was so addicted to the game due to how immersive and how fun it was that I lost many nights of sleep playing the game
I've not felt that way about an AsC game since Black Flag. While I enjoyed Odyssey I did have to take frequent breaks to prevent it starting to feel too bloated and repetitive
While with Valhalla instead I just feel like even playing it for an hour felt like a chore
So I've not even played Mirage and likely never will and same for Shadows no matter how much positivity I hear about it the microtransactions and typical UbiBloat™ simply prevent me for even remotely becoming curious to try it
If Ubisoft stops with its greed and brings back the creative Ubisoft we once knew and loved then I'll go
Why Did Ezra Bridger Ditch His Unique Star Wars Rebels Lightsaber?
I'm really confused, the article is supposedly about Ezra Bridger but all the pictures in the article are Jabba
The Godfather's Original Casting Choice For A Minor Character Would Have Ruined The Godfather Part II
Wow that's a great save for De Niro, Paulie Gatto would have been such a waste of his acting talents and someone else as a young Vito would have completely ruined the film
I Changed My Mind: Why This ionate Last Jedi Defender Has Become One Of Its Biggest Critics
I was really hyped when Last Jedi first released
I left the cinema loving it but that was mostly due to the visuals rather than the plot. My mind hadn't processed the plot yet
But upon watching it a second time in the cinema my opinion really vastly changed as I started to notice a lot of issues with it
Then rewatching the entire 9 films in order so from Episode 1 through to Episode 9 the contrast between the quality of both the prequels and the original trilogy vs the Rey trilogy became extremely apparent when you watch all 9 in order
The originals and prequels have aged like fine wine. While the Rey trilogy has aged like a loaf of bread (as in when you first watch it was like a freshly baked loaf of bread but as time goes on it became dry and then mouldy)
