Wow. No clue. The original invisible man with Claude Rains was a masterpiece. It got a 95% on RT. I watching this when I was 10 or 11 in the 80 and being blown away. Went straight to the library and loaned out the book and thus began my love of HG Wells and the wider sifi genre. I understand people having artistic preferences but all the remakes wouldn't even come close to the 1933 original.
