Tammy…..congratulations on your remarkable weight loss….skin surgery is going to be so expensive…while you’re working on losing what the Dr has ordered, please take a couple of thousand and get your front tooth replaced…..it looks horrible….you’re so proud of the progress and should be but that big gap ruins your smile.
