Ask Karin Slaughter...she's the author and production exec and has done more than one interview speaking to this...Also Angie's not a psycho and Ormwood is still alive and a good guy...did you ask about those changes too?

THIS! We saw it in a standard film format. We are going to see it again at a drive through and my daughter and I will see it in the 4D max theater..we're making it a road trip because the closest theater to have it is almost 3 hours from our little town. Why is the focus not just on how excited and invested people are in a quality flick?

My partner is a homicide detective ...20 years in he still cries when he comes home. He is still destroyed by every death especially those involving a child and if someone he is looking for causes a death before he can find them it still stops his clock. There is no true balance when you're dealing with this type of horror. There is only the path forward if you're lucky.

Then just go re-read the books and leave the show to people who can like two things at once ..like crunchy peanut butter is great and smooth peanut butter is also great ..but different. It's not exactly an E.L.E

This review was weird to me. Write an entire article bout why something should have been done a certain way..and finish with why it literally could not be done? It's a good show..Ritchson is amazing and fun to watch...is it EXACTLY like the books? Nah...because a lot of the play of a book happens in the head and through the eyes of the reader and you can't reproduce that (duh). It's true to the storylines it's well written the performers commit and the show is fun and quality. Find something real and relevant to nitpick.
