Kathy Bates has always been a favorite of mine too, but if you’ve never watched “bloods” how can you judge it. It has been on for 14 years, yes, but the stories have not go old. Several shows have been on a long time but that doesn’t mean they need to be cancelled. It means they are still dot well in the ratings. Blue Bloods was in 5 th place. That is quite impressive for an old show! Many, many people were still enjoying that show every week. Both Blue Bloods and Matlock could have been on the same network even the same night with no problem. If CBS needed some help with scheduling, I would have gladly helped out.

I like Matlock. It’s a good show. But it’s nothing that grabs me like Blue Bloods did from the very beginning. I was very ticked off when I heard CBS was taking my favorite show off and I still am!! It’s not like the show has lost its interest. It’s one show I Always watch or at least record. I love that show! I don’t know of another show that shows a family eating dinner together and even praying before they eat! What a good impression is this for kids to see?? No, Matlock will never replace Blue Bloods. I am still so upset about this!!
