It was just a terrible movie. But I must it I've never been much a fan of camp in sci-fi or fantasy. I don't mind a little humor, but silliness throughout a film just takes me out of the story.

Wish they would bring in a plesiosaurus type reptile. And why not invmclude a kronosaurus which is really huge instead of a ridiculously oversized mososaur.

Also quit calling flying and swimming reptiles dinosaurs. Dinosaurs are only land reptiles that walk upright like mammals. So Dimetrodon and crodillians are also not considered dinosaurs.

I just hope Del Toro really sticks to the book. It will be great to see the monster floating away in a mist on an arctic ice floe at the end.

Of course the iconic square head look of Karloff, as cool as it looks, doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. But it'll be nearly impossible to duplicate it's indelible impression on the movie goer IMO sad to say.

Sorry that this werewolf monster fest wasn't release during the Halloween season, but actually I'm looking forward to a good monster movie. Don't really need all the Hollywood feaux anst sandwiched in to give some kind of prestige. Let it be what it is. Would've loved it to be about a modern Larry Talbot though.
