Stephen King's Anthology First Fixes The Biggest Problem With The Stand's Ending, 47 Years Later
I, too think The Stand is an excellent read. Especially, the revised version. I cannot count how many times I've read it. The most significant part is, this could really happen. And by that, I mean the catalyst that set the book on its journey. Do I wish he would revisit the characters? Some of them. Do I want to read about people who were not in Boulder or Los Vegas? Not really, unless the principal characters met them as we follow their journeys.
