The battle bridge wasn't in first ... Mostly because the entire galaxy class enterprise got destroyed in generations... The Sovereign Class NCC 1701-E doesnt have a battle bridge or a more tactical focussed command centre... I think you're getting confused by the brief appearance of the Defiant bridge which from memory shared some of the set components.
