No those aren't limiter rings those are just regular bracelets, you can easily tell when you compare both Shadow's limiter rings and Amy's bracelets. Shadow's limiter rings has a line in the middle of them while Amy doesn't. Although it would be cool to see, Amy is nowhere near as powerful as Shadow, even with his limiter rings off.
