See AllIf You're Outraged By GTA 6's Rumored $100 Price, You Might Want To Check The Cost Of GTA On PS1 When Adjusted For Inflation
Won't be paying that for GTA 6
I Don’t Think I Ever Truly Understood Henry Cavill’s Superman Until I Heard His Real-Life Inspiration For The Character
I'm sorry, but Henry Cavill's portrayal was the best since Reeves. And I'm sorry to say this, but he's my Superman. It's just a much more realistic take on this beloved character. There not always going to be a nonviolent way to handle things. That's just the real world folks. And as much as I want to give James Gunn's version a chance, it's proving very difficult to picture it. I hope I'm wrong. But one thing is for sure. The fact that they are bringing in Krypto the Superdog into this new DCU is very ridiculous. There are so many other characters to explore in this universe. So why pick something more outlandish than a Superman? I've always hated the idea of Superdog. Even as a kid. It just never sat well with me.
"Knock The End Of The Studio Down & Build It For Me": Ridley Scott Wanted His Cave Set 26 Feet Longer & Refused To Use Green Screen For $403M Alien Prequel Movie
Good! Green screen usage is way out of hand. And it makes the real set pieces they have look cheap and clunky.
Brandon Vietti Explains Watchmen: Chapter 1's Adaptation Process & Discusses Tales Of The Black Freighter
This is essentially a shot for shot of the 2009 Snyder film. Even the lines are almost exactly the same.
Would you like to see a direct sequel to Prometheus?
I'd absolutely love to see the continuation of this storyline. People were way too hard on this plot. I found it fascinating that it was a weapon our creators were going to use to wipe is all out. Until it ironically was released and killed them before they could. And David was an incredibly deep character that deserves his story to be told. Even if it's a small screen telling.
The Rings Of Power's Explanation For Why There Are 19 Rings Weirdly Makes More Sense Than Tolkien's
I just don't understand the hatred people are thrusting upon this new series. I've read the books and am a big fan of them. However, I can still appreciate what Amazon is trying to accomplish with the series. Sure, they stray from the source material and take some creative liberties. But it's still a great adaptation that touches on many of the same themes as the source. Since the inception of the this series, it has been called an "adaptation". Meaning something produced to adjust to different conditions, uses or to meet different situations. This series was never touted as a verbatim telling of the source. Even if they would have stuck strictly with the source material, it would still have its detractors. Can't wait for more Rings of Power.
