I liked the first movie because the smile demon was a new concept, and that people who didn't beat the demon at least left clues as to what was happening to them and some idea what to do. At least the DR fought hard before the demon bested her. Skye Riley was a mess from the start. She was not better, hadn't processed anything that she'd been through. She was the living dead when the smile demon got her. Weak, confused and powerless she stopped caring for her own life but said she didn't want the demon to use her to get to other people and that's exactly what happened. It'd have been better to rewatch the old faces of death docies.

While this bit of lore is relevant, it doesn't address some of the continuing issues within the game. Like earning more XP and gleamium that finishing the easy section of a rift should make fighter advance and or new fighter purchase & their needed variations obtainable even without getting all of the gems in the section.

I'm a thundercat origin fan. As long as the good prevails in whatever episode or issue you release I'm ok. Just don't do what transformers did in the very first movie. Kids and adults need to be reminded or learn things like team work, fairness, faith, and hope as well as respect. That was one of the reasons thundercats resonated with so many people. The values and morels we learned were also in our cartoons. The axe can be powerful but the sword of omens must be stronger in some way.

Freddy is the most unique killer in the genre. England needs to down his mental Freddy to a new actor who has the right tall, skinny and lanky body type. Let England teach the new guy how Freddy would be or think. England knows how craven would want the nightmare to go because he's lived it. Once the new actor gets trained then England can do voice over for the new Freddy. The only other way to refresh the franchise is if when Freddy was human there was a kid or two who escaped him but never told anyone. A museum exhibit about the springwood murders brings back memories opening the chance for Freddy to get every elm Street kid.
