It makes sense for Jamie and Eddy to move to Boston. Jamie went to Harvard. Since they're having a baby, maybe they want to raise it away from NYC. Or maybe Jamie gets a huge promotion or opportunity in Boston. He decides to bring Joe and Danny with him, because of trust and loyalty.
