He started training well before the ToP because he started training again after the Frieza incident (the power decrease also didn't make sense, he lost a greater amount power in less time..). Regardless, the point stands. You're ignoring that years have gone by since he started again. He has literally always taken any training he HAS done seriously.

Gohan's power comes from being a hybrid. Broly's power is from being a c type saiyan. Saiyan's getting stronger as they get angrier has nothing to do with holding back. Try again fake fan.
