Doom and gloom? If anything the MCU needs more *Doom* (pun intended). But seriously, what doom and gloom? Quantumania made a joke out of all of its villains, Love&Thunder was a goof-fest and ruined the characters and that corner of the MCU entirely, overall, I'd say that in-general they need stories that feel authentic to the characters and not with constant goofing and jokes peppered in non-stop. Their next movie features Deadpool, the court-jester of Marvel. They need to move towards serious situations and stories with real consequences for the characters and they'd see more interest.
