What if the Rani is a product of a bigeneration from the Doctor in the early days when Tecteun was still experimenting on them? (But forgot due to a mind wipe.)This would still explain why they were friends as children, and if the Doctor is from the same universe as the Pantheon comes, and has godlike powers, then so does the Rani. This would also explain why they were able to bigeneration, which is not a thing that normal Gallifreyan Timelords do.

I always liked Dr. Pulaski, though I was sad when Dr. Crusher left. I just thought it would take a while for her to fit in. I especially liked her in “Elementary, Dear Data” and “The Measure of a Man “.

As for why 15 is ing the Fugitive Doctor’s past, I just chalked it up to the Toymaker turning his past into a jigsaw puzzle. Of course, with the season finale being called “The Reality War”, I figured alternate realities of the Doctor would show up, and maybe they are bleeding into his.

Two things: While Mrs. Flood has talked to both Ruby and Belinda, she has strictly avoided the Doctor, perhaps because he would immediately know her?
