If AI generated art is not art and so easily distinguished as "garbage" why do people have have such a problem with it? I understand why people wouldn't want their intellectual property stolen, but what I don't understand is the take you have here.
If AI "art" is such utter garbage and "fake," why are people so angry about it ripping them off? It's soulless after all, right? Surely they have nothing to worry about if it is oh so easy to distinguish from their real, soul filled, human art, yeah?

I mean, he has pointed directly the individual responsible as well as the materials. If it weren't at least somewhat legitimate it would have been thrown out already. This isn't exactly new territory for Disney, but they happen to have way more money and lawyers than anyone suing them. It's honestly a head scratcher that so many people are so quick to constantly defend Disney. This sort of thing is common in the industry beyond Disney and 9 times out of 10, whichever party has more resources wins.
