I loved the series, but the second movie hinted at things I feel were written out of the third movie… I feel they were going in a specific direction, but then were offered the opportunity to have an MMORPG video game to continue with and they sold out the original ending to leave it open to continue into a video game world. THIS is the heart of why the last movie kinda ruins it and the video game flopped.
