I'm surprised in all the threads that I've read about "Shifting Gears" that no one has mentioned the green truck that was being fixed and he referenced that it was recovered from being stolen. (Last episode of Last Man Standing). Then he states that he knows the owner (himself as Baxter). REALLY!! MAJOR Easter Egg.
