Not gonna lie, as someone with asthma myself, it wouldn't surprise me If Leonard had had a fatal asthma attack, especially with air pollution and Covid having been around in recent years, both of which can, and do, make asthma worse. Sad as it would be, it would make sense for him to have ed from that rather than any other way. And it would be better for the sitcom if Galecki didn't have another divorced character where he wanted nothing to do with the kids. Especially since Leonard wanted kids in the first place, it would make better sense if he divorced and got full custody so the kids weren't in the shoe if that were the case. Sadly though, I believe asthma plus sleep apnoea would have combined to contribute to his demise
