Isn't Rockstar working on releasing a Red Dead Redemption 3? R* can ignore what's going on if they want to, but in doing so they are signaling that shelling out a lot of money will be utter stupidity. Why would I want to pay all that money for an experience of being harassed by modders/hackers who interfere with other players who aren't engaging in PvP? Why should I have to jump servers (& potentially lose that day's progress) to avoid being blown up by these cheaters?

I can't think of a better way for one of R*'s competitors to destroy their competitor's product than to send modders over to this game to ruin the experience of players of RDO.
