Literally nothing in this article suggests anything about the people who are committing the tresing. A more likely assumption would be it's Japanese kids who are doing this.

Seriously. I knew from the headline/image that this was going to be another graphic novel thing, but I was hoping. No judgement on comic books, here, but they just aren't my thing. I want to see the TV show actually completed, not just a series comic books like what happened with Firefly.

With Abraham and Frank working closely on it like they did with the Expanse alleviates some of the concerns I have about starting a show before the source work is even finished.

I just don't get it, wait until the dang books are written, the whole story is written, before you adapt it to another medium. This constant need to adapt works that are still in progress is just baffling to me.

Hasn't anything been learned from GoT? (Rhetorical, of course. I know this is all about money and no lessons were learned.)
