Hey the Article is wrong, Val/Doc did not say I'll be your Huckleberry, Kurt put a teaser out on FB last week confirming that Val did not say Huckleberry, his actual line was Huckle Bearer, in late 1800's Americana Huckle Bearer was what's now called a Pall Bearer, a coffin in the 1800's was called a Huckle, and the ones carrying it a Bearer, "he even showed the hand written notes on the script with huckle bearer spelled out, watch the clip and listen to Doc, he plainly says Huckle Bearer!
