See AllI Still Can’t Believe This Beloved Indiana Jones Actor Appeared In Star Trek: Voyager
Oh, he's been in sooooo many things. Not just Voyager.
Gimli, from Lord of the Rings.
And Vasco Rodrigues, from the 1980s adaptation of Shogun, too. I always liked his version of Rodrigues. Far better than the recent adaptation... the new one was far too much a jerk.
Rodrigues was always a jerk, yes; but the 1980s version was a 'jerk with a heart of gold'. He had honor. He had decency. Yes, he was conflicted about the threat posed by Blackthorne the Anjin... but he still had honor.
The new one... didn't.
If You Call Yourself A Star Trek Fan, You’ve Watched These 10 Episodes, Right?
Yes, I've seen all of these. Multiple times.
And I've even seen the SNW version of "Balance of Terror"...
The season 1 finale, "Quality of Mercy".
Pike's 'by the book' mindset led the Federation into a protracted, grueling war with the Romulans. That lasted at least 20 years, if not longer.
How surprising... that Kirk's 'maverick' command style and mentality actually PREVENTED that war.
Like Spock said in both episodes: "Weakness is something we DARE NOT SHOW."
Kirk heeded that. Pike ignored that.
Star Trek: Discovery Never Showed The 32nd Century’s USS Enterprise
Discovery S4 "Stormy Weather" confirmed that there is in fact a 32c USS Enterprise.
Didn't state her class, or her letter. But she is there. Confirmed. Officially.
My speculation is that she's a 'Kirk' class (32c Constitution, like USS Armstrong, USS Excalibur-M, and USS Reliant-M), with a registry letter somewhere between 'M' and 'T'.
And it stated she's a Burn survivor, too. Making her over 125 years old at that point.
But then again, considering how old Discovery/Zora herself is, especially after the resolution of 'Calypso', leaving her in her 42nd Century... yeah. Enterprise is still a young lady in comparison.
Star Trek: Discovery Never Showed The 32nd Century’s USS Enterprise
There is a 32c USS Enterprise.
Clearly.
Explicitly.
The 'generative AI' that says there isn't is dead wrong. Stupid AI.
Discovery S4 episode "Stormy Weather" EXPLICITLY states that there IS an active USS Enterprise; and that she's working alongside USS Voyager-J in investigating the Dark Matter Anomaly.
It is stated that this USS Enterprise survived The Burn, as did USS Voyager-J; making both ships over 125 years old by that point.
And it also feeds into the "...protects fools, little children, and ships named Enterprise" saying.
Some desperately try to dispute this, breathlessly claiming that the USS Enterprise mentioned in "Stormy Weather" was the Enterprise-D, working with original Voyager to investigate something.
But this is incorrect. Voyager launched on Stardate 48038, and was immediately catapulted into the Delta Quadrant. At the same time as her launch from the Mars Shipyard, seen in Voyager Episode "Relativity", the Enterprise-D was clearly seen and officially confirmed there as well, in one of those 'spider-drydocks' that she's been seen in before, orbiting Earth.
Enterprise-D was getting her 'Generations' upgrades at that very moment.
And Enterprise-D was destroyed later that year, Stardate 48650. With Voyager still clearly lost in the DQ.
Therefore... Enterprise-D and original Voyager NEVER had a chance to do a mission together AT ALL. As Voyager's first mission got her thrown across the galaxy within a matter of days.
Original Voyager never did any missions with the Enterprise-E, either... for though Enterprise-E was present at Earth when Voyager returned in "Endgame", Voyager was immediately retired after that, becoming part of the Fleet Museum. Voyager-A, the Lamarr-class starship seen in Prodigy, was launched soon after.
And this is going by well known and established Trek lore.
The bleaters and screamers have no leg to stand upon. They MUST accept that there is clearly and explicitly a 32c USS Enterprise.
Megatron’s New Transformation Gives Him an Impressive Title in Transformers Lore
Now this, I can accept. Tank and gun.
All hail Megatron.
Every Time Star Trek: TNG Used The Enterprise’s Forgotten Second Bridge
The Battle Bridge does, in fact, have Engineering and Science stations... Although the Science station there is basic and rudimentary.
Where would you get the idea that it did not have them?
Even the technical manual states that it does.
And it also states that Main Engineering can serve as another Bridge itself, should the Main and Battle Bridges be crippled.
This can be seen directly under the Master System Display cutaway of the ship in Engineering; there are duplicate consoles for Helm and Ops. And the 'pool table' console can be used for other things.
