Calling music that comes from Olivia Rodrigo as anything other than pop music is just terrible. It's the equivalent of calling Imagine Dragons a rock band. There are plenty of new pop-punk bands that are reviving the genre, along with nostalgia, that may be the biggest cause of it's revival. Being in a pop-punk band myself, this article is almost insulting. Do better.
