My prediction: in an effort to ”fix" the stories they will be rewritten to be woke and remove the Christian allegory. The Christian audience will not watch them and maybe even protest them. The series won't go past two films before it's cancelled.

Well, it already sounds like this remake is going to ruin the story. This has nothing to do with sexism of the 1950's if read as a Christian allegory. Was it sexism that Susan had the great privilege to witness Aslan's resurrection just like the women being the first to see the risen Jesus? Lewis's intention with Susan is that, like some people, even though they are given a great spiritual blessing, in the end they reject it in favor of the world.
