I watched all 3 films of the Terrifier series, and the 3 one with that gruesome and yet able opening sequence was truly graphic, but I'm not like everyone else who would walkout or throw up during gruesome torture/violence. I'm a huge horror/Gore fan. My first horror film was Nightmare on Elm Street, I saw that when I was 6yrs old on TV. I knew from that day on that I was going to be a horror fanatic. From Freddy to Art the Clown, I've seen my fair share of shock gore, Cannibal Holocaust for example had actual real scenes of cannibalism on screen, even Cannibal Ferox had a live turtle ( one of my favorite creatures) butchered on screen. I will say this though I'll continue to be horror fanatic till I die.
