Given I was only 10 y/o when the movie came out & My home life was nothing like most Kids my age I could relate to a lot of what the 4 characters dealt with in theirs. Even now at almost 50 y/o it's 1 of my favorite movies & good for a rewatch every so often since I have it on DVD.
