A RTX 3060 is the most common GPU and it benchmarks an average 60fps with some dips at 1440p. Given it's a 4yr old GPU, if your hardware is older and you're looking at 720p resolution, that's not a problem with the game. That's your rig being out of date and expecting miracles to run on old hardware.
