See AllI'm Shocked Superman & Lois Killed Off The Last Character I Was Expecting In Its Final Episode
This was a much more reality focused series. They tried to make it as real as possible while still being Superman.
If they were going to just give her a magic / sci-fi get out of jail card, there was no point in doing the cancer storyline at all.
I’m sad, but respect the writers choice.
Superman & Lois Season 4 Episode 6 Recap & Ending Explained
While I like the idea that Smallville residents would turn down a million dollars each to keep Lex out of their town, this seems to me to be even more unrealistic than Clark’s glasses as an effective disguise.
And the woman who owned the land? What did Lex offer her? 10 million? More?
They depict Smallville as a town with residents in low paying jobs, a community in serious economic decline.
I love the morality message of Smallville standing up to Lex, but can you really believe these dirt poor people wouldn’t grab those easy millions, tuck their tails under, and move away and start a prosperous new life with their ill-gotten gains? It wasn’t like they robbed the Smallville bank to get rich?
I find this really hard to accept. None of them in that bar would have accepted?
That said, I’m so sad this series is ending. Maybe the best Superman series ever.

Maybe Clark’s mom does some sort of time travel to before his heart is taken to clone it in some way getting him back his original heart?
Superman & Lois Season 4 Episode 6 Recap & Ending Explained
I don’t think Superman would “take” Doomsday heart the way Doomsday took his. That would be murder and something Superman would never do. If however Doomsday died some other way or voluntarily gave it to him, maybe at Lois behest, perhaps.

Are you at all concerned that by the end of the series, Jordan might sacrifice himself to give his father back a kryptonian heart?
I’ve got this bad feeling.
