See AllStar Wars' Newest Young Hero Isn't Just Cuter Than Baby Yoda, He's Also Kinder
As commented on the other Screenrant article which claimed Neel is cuter than Grogu:
Grogu is by far cuter than Neel because he's a baby/toddler and can't speak yet, but still has powers. Plus the scene with him hugging the Anzellan is adorable, as he is in many other memorable moments. Whether people view him as cute may change as he gets older, but we've never seen Neel as a baby, so the two aren't quite comparable yet, for me at least. I'm also not sure that in the long run, either of these characters will become bigger than the other. They will both have their own unique appeal to audiences and their own fan bases. In addition, people always like things that are new, but then the appeal can wear off, so the true test of a character is whether the appeal endures over time. As someone who doesn't always like the newest and apparently cutest characters, I will always have a soft spot for older characters as well as some new ones e.g. I generally prefer Disney's older animal characters over Stitch, but I can see why people like him. Neel does have a certain cuteness, but I will always root for Grogu!
