My wife and I can't be bothered to see it. While we loved the fourth one and really liked the others....this one, I've read the first 30-45 minutes is flashbacks! Come on! In a 3 hour film I don't want the first third to be cobbled together bits from the previous films! I've always hated those TV show episodes they have where it's flashbacks. So dull.

So we won't contribute to it's box office. Why they didn't make it 2 hours and have 0 flashbacks I no idea. With other, shorter films coming out, and the lack of humour that's been the trend in the last 3 MI movies...it's a sad, yet hard for me. I'll wait for Fast And Furious for the laughs and globe trotting action 👌(I'm gutted cos I love mission impossible. But 40 minutes of flashbacks!!! Oof).

I think it's great they're following the comics to an extent and making Sam step up. Film looks good too. They have abit of a reset button here especially with the Spidey films getting a 'mental reboot'. Maybe Spidey can actually stand on his own and step up himself.

Can't wait for Feb when this comes out.
