Fourteen seasons, you got. Tim Allen’s on his third show now, riding on his political image, after two long runs. But you guys always act like you’re the victims of TV programming decisions. If I see a well-written show with comion and smarts, I know it will be gone in three weeks tops.

I’m happy CBS has a Friday powerhouse for the rightwingers, honestly. Pays the freight for what the rest of us may like. I actually am grateful for SWAT, NCIS ad infinitum, and Taylor Sheridan, because they keep the old T’ers occupied.

Not to mention the subliminal racism of the last several seasons. Derek Chauvin’s would have received a commendation letter from Selleck under the final showrunners. I’m happy it’s gone, and hope Wahlberg — the show’s bright spot aside from Anthony and Ramirez — will fare better without the holy roller blue wall baggage…
