Tommy and Kimberly were a power couple. The chemistry was phenomenal. Tommy and Kat lacked the chemistry and really only had a boost from the Zeo Christmas episode. They failed to really show them as a couple. Katherine's development felt halted to be more of a girlfriend ive character. The stories focused more on Tommy and her ing him then the other way around. They lacked balance as a couple
