"I am the night " only works when the bad guy says " you don't own the night" which isn't said on screen. Although pretty cool line, in response to the onscreen response to the bad guy's question "who are you" he should have said "I'm the ghost with the most, babe"

The only thing more uninteresting than Beetlejuice 2 is a discussion about Lydia's birth mom. Actually the two have a lot in common now that I think about it. Nothing happened with Lydia's mom and nothing happened in Beetlejuice 2.
