10 Cowboy Films Any Westerner At Heart Has To See
I believe The Unforgiven, 3:10 to Yuma, Seraphim Falls and The Salvation should have made this list as well as Tombstone. Movies like The Horse Whisper, Hateful Eight, and Broke Back Mountain are good, but not classic Westerns. Just my opinion since I had the good fortune to see all of Sergio Leone's first run as well as Once Upon A Time In The West.
My favorite remains High Plains Drifter and just as an aside: yes, I'm 66 years old now and truly enjoyed going to see many of these Westerns with my father back in the '60s. He's the one that encouraged my love of these classic tales.
