The fact that Mr. Perry took the time to acknowledge these women for there service and sacrifice speaks volumes one can always find fault but speaking as someone who has deployed as a black woman and who still serves these issues still plague the military and that's factual. Question to the writer have you served in the military or really know anyone who has particularly women of color? I'll wait!
