OK, the timeline is not exactly faithful to the written literature. The stranger shouldn't be Gandalf. The 3 rings were forged after the others.Adar,Halbrand and others are Amazon original characters. Galadriel's character in Season 1 was hardly endearing,etc.

Much though I liked Peter Jackson's films,they were not faithful to Tolkien either, Tom Bombadil's omission as well as Glorfindel's.An original Orc general called Gothmog, this was actually the name of a FA Balrog.Gandalf's defeat to the Witch King at Minas Tirith when he actually stood his ground there and didn't have his Staff snapped,etc,etc.
