Nichelle Nickels was my boyhood crush. I was so jealous when Captain Kirk kissed her. I seeing Lt. Uhura on the bridge and always wanted her to be on more Landing parties. She had the perfect blend of sexy and intelligence, which I wanted in a girlfriend and later a wife. I'm happy to see the writers of Strange New Worlds, create a strong backstory of her. I truly think her character is a great example for young girls today.

Shatner is 94, but still does work and interviews, he still has wit and flirts with women reporters. Nimoy has ed on, but did State in his biography his love of the story.

I have to agree, it was one of my favorite episodes. To be in fear of something only to find it was defending it's offspring. Then learning to coexist with it. Great life lessons and Bone's great line still bring back memories of my youth.

Today we accept certain scenes shot in the similar angles and shades. Amazing how most director's follow the same style of shooting, for viewers emotional effect.🤔

Having read Homer in High School, again in Collage, then now ever few years I love the stories. While I enjoyed Troy, and gave allowances for a director's license it was a good story. I am looking forward to Nolan to bring, The Odessy, to the big screen. Hopefully it will guide a young person towards the actual books.
