See AllAdrien Brody's Controversial Oscar-Nominated Movie Crosses Major Box Office Milestone
My wife and I watched The Brutalist last night. I look for three things in every movie I watch. Was it entertaining?, did I learn anything new?,and was there a moral lesson to be learned? Other than the visuals, the movie was just not entertaining. It was hard to watch at times and too long. It has a high score on the tomato meter, but I will leave it there and just say, I don't get why. The only moral lesson I could find was the evils of fascism and capitalism. Maybe someone else can tell me what was great about this movie, because I can't.
