This is like making a movie of MLK and changing his gender or race you can do whatever you want but your disrespectful and uneducated if you do. And that's what Gerwig is doing to aslan, disrespecting the character and the author. She's about to go from critically acclaimed to critically trashed. She lost all of my respect even thinking about casting aslan as a female and many others. Its honestly sad and disappointing but I'll happily watch all the originals and never even look at the trailer if she keeps going the direction she is. Its disrespectful and disgusting. Also Aslan is a representation of Christ not God. Change the gender of your savior and be thankful his mercy is greater than your disrespect but not God's. Greta is playing with fire.
