Death Proof isn't criticized for its style by genuine people. It's criticized for it's writing. The movie isn't bad at all, however it is still one of the most weakest Tarantino movies. Criticizing movies is a fun thing to celebrate and embrace good filmmaking and also to point out bad filmmaking. We learn from critique. I don't understand this discouragement to criticize movies, or criticize anything in general. Almost as if you don't want to think and form opinions of the media you consume. Critique isn't the same as complaining, as you see. It's a natural and healthy thing we all do on a daily basis, and if done right, we can only benefit from it. If you don't seem to partake in it, that's your loss. But trust me, you are also a critic, just like every single other human. Cheers!
