Maybe it should have continued with a different plot in Chicago… and Frazier and Charlotte had a couple of kids… he could have visited Boston or they all moved to Boston?? to include it and the writers could have figured out a way to bring it all together with lots of comedic wittiness like Frazier. I was not a Cheers fan. I watched it because it was there.. but not a fan. I love Frazier and how they played off each other. We don’t see that anymore..as much…where we just live the characters and their chemistry.
