It wasn't tackled enough and the way it was addressed was more from a non-Black Humans perspective. As a foreign born Black woman with 2 Black sons, who have never been in trouble with the law, the color of their skin is the only reason why they are ever stopped and questioned by the police.

For the person who wrote this article, you apparently forgot about about Sonja Percy played by Shalita Grant, especially since she was part of the team long before Vanessa Ferlito ed the cast. How on Earth could someone forget about that?
