Sure, there's a lot of issues that could arise if Hannah/Dean happen, but one of them is not the "father figure" one. Dean Archer couldn't be more emotionally inmature and childlish, most of the time Hannah seems more grounded than him. And I would be more worried about the future with those two, eventually Hannah will want to have kids of her own and that is a matter that could damage the relationship. That being said, I do would like they happen as a romantic pairing, but first they need to "grow and evolve" more, and only if writers are confident they could pull the romance off. Would be a pitty to ruin the most loved pairing of Chicago Med (right now) for lazy writing
