They can easily bring back the good cuddly Jamba in the sequel and give him a redemption arc. We can expect him to have a change of heart after realizing he is technically Stitch/626's father. Now despite Stitch being formally Exiled to Earth, a Galactic Federation Military Officer goes behind the council's orders and traveled to Earth to retrieve 626. Military officer is Gantu. He will pluck Jamba from prison and bring him to Earth to help him hunt 626. But Jamba has other plans though, he needs to reach 626 first so he can warn them.
