If Lillard shows up it won’t be as a main character, it will be through a nightmare or flashback. Makes more sense that way to somewhat appease crazy fans and bring some nostalgia back. While Billy was the main focus villain wise and Stu was just his lovesick pal, a predictable twist of him in a nightmare makes more sense. Could be fun to unless they do they go full on meta and he’s alive in that universe as the actor. Bad idea there too. Not much left to do unless Sid finally goes crazy or dies. Enough is enough honestly.

If he’s good and not just doing a standard Dylan imitation (which is sadly very easy to do,), it would be nice despite looking nothing like the man himself. He’s been a one hit wonder so far after 2017, and is often a mannequin staring at the screen.

I know some critics have seen it but not many reviews yet, so here’s hoping it’s good. I’m highly skeptical but Mangold has a good track record and the kid is due.
