Hate to disagree with De Niro but wth? He didn't break his rule at all. He literally spotted the heat around the corner (Pacino) and walked out on his girl.

Vengeance on Weingro was his downfall. He could had walked away with his girl and come back later to finish it. He even saw that the cops had him under surveillance and *still* went for it.

It irks me to no end that the ending is considered somehow subjective when it was clearly done one way. They were not dead. Period. Even the person writing this article says "he believes" no, he knows. Why is it so hard?

Immediately knew which episode they had in mind. Perfectly written and also perfectly acted by Henry Ian Cusick.

Another powerful episode that I would add is Castle Rock's Episode 7 "The Queen" Sissy Spacek is mesmerizing.
